- Product Guide Part 3 (6/3/2026): the Product Guide terms in existence when Quest accepts an order apply to the first purchase of the Software in that order; all of the Customer's licences for specific Software, regardless of licence date, are governed by the version of the Product Terms in effect on the date of the most recent license purchase. STA s.17(m) states the same for the STA itself.
