- STA s.17(b) (effective 15 June 2023): Customer shall not assign or transfer any part of the Agreement or the Licenses, whether voluntarily, by contract, by operation of law or by merger, stock or asset sale, consolidation, dissolution or otherwise, without the prior written consent of Provider; any non-permitted transfer is null and void.
