- License Model Schedule v3.0 (effective 29 April 2024) s.4.A: an individual Software License for each individual human being authorized to access or use the Software, regardless of use. Licences may only be allocated to employees or contractors of Licensee, its Affiliates, customers and business partners; they cannot be shared or exchanged, except re-allocated when the individual leaves or is permanently reassigned, and only after the original user account is deleted. Until deletion a licence is required even for a departed user.
