- Licensee must purchase and allocate an individual Software License for each individual human being who is authorized to access or use the Software (regardless of whether the individual accesses or uses the Software).

- One licence per authorized individual, used or not. Additional licence for each extra login/password combination and each additional implementation connecting to a unique logical database. Multiplexing does not reduce the count. Re-allocation only when the individual leaves or permanently changes role, after deleting the user account.
