- License Model Schedule v3.0 (effective 29 April 2024) s.5.A: the total required is the sum at any time of the maximum concurrent capacity of each Program Instance (the greater of peak simultaneous individuals or the Standard Concurrent User keys installed). Keys are permanent to a server or Program Instance and move only to a replacement server when the original is taken out of service. A user on two or more Program Instances simultaneously needs a licence for each. Licensee must keep a record of all individuals granted access and a system that prevents exceeding the licences.
