- The aggregate number of individual human beings simultaneously accessing, using, or enjoying the benefit of all Program Instances may not exceed the number of Software Licenses granted to Licensee.
- Counting rules
- Required licences = sum over Program Instances of maximum concurrent capacity (greater of peak simultaneous individuals or the Standard Concurrent User keys installed). Keys are permanent to a server or Program Instance. A user on two Program Instances at once needs a licence on each. Internal users only unless the External and Internal Users Permitted variant is bought.
