- OpenText EULA (01 July 2026) s.13.1: Licensee maintains accurate records during the term and for 24 months thereafter; returns self-audit questionnaires with an authorized certification within 30 days of request; OT may once per year audit records and computer systems. s.13.2: if non-compliant, Licensee is deemed to require the additional licences at OT's then-current list price plus applicable Support fees for the non-compliance period. s.6.1: Licensee must acquire additional entitlements in advance of any increase in use.
