- “Support” means the operational and technical support services applicable to the Software, as described below and in the TD.

- EULA s.5.1 (01 July 2026): Support is governed by the Agreement and the then-current software maintenance program handbook (or other applicable support terms) published at opentext.com/agreements. Support is provided for a 12-month period beginning on the date the Software is delivered, or the anniversary thereof. s.12.1: OT may terminate or suspend Support if Licensee fails to remedy a material breach within 30 days (including non-payment). s.13.1: OT may suspend Support if Licensee does not reasonably cooperate with verification.
