- License Manager Guide (2026-09-14), License Usage Restrictions (clusters on AOS 6.7.1, pc.2023.4, NCC 4.6.6 or later): for AOS and NCI licenses, from day zero "You cannot receive assistance from Nutanix Support", cannot use Insights, expand the cluster or create or update storage containers; from day 60 "You cannot log on to Prism Element", cannot upgrade AOS or apply security patches. Unlicensed clusters (AOS 7.6) face the same sets at day 60 and day 90. Restrictions apply only to the affected clusters.
