- Mistral Help Center (2026-08-12): certain models are governed by a modified MIT license that offers the same permissions as Apache 2.0, except that companies with monthly revenue exceeding USD 20M must either obtain a commercial license by contacting Mistral AI or use the models via Mistral Studio.
