- PT For all Software, Outsourcing Software Management: “Customers with subscription licenses or Licenses with active Software Assurance (including CALs) may use licensed copies of the software on devices, including shared Servers, that are under the day-to-day management and control of Authorized Outsourcers.” Distinct from Azure Hybrid Benefit (Customer’s own Microsoft Azure account) and from License Mobility through SA (Azure Services or LM Partner plus verification form; not Windows Server OS). “Except as expressly permitted here or elsewhere in these Product Terms, Customer is not permitted to use or access software on devices that are under the management or control of a third party.” Counting remains the product’s on-prem License Model (SQL Per Core still minimum four Licenses per Virtual OSE; Windows Server still 8/16 physical or 8 per Virtual OSE).

- Using subscription licenses or licenses with active Software Assurance on devices under the day-to-day management and control of Authorized Outsourcers, including shared servers. Distinct from AHB (own Azure) and License Mobility through SA (Azure/LM Partner + form; not Windows Server OS).
