- Llama 4 Community License Agreement Section 1.b.iv (2025-04-05): use of the Llama Materials must comply with applicable laws and regulations (including trade compliance laws and regulations) and adhere to the Acceptable Use Policy for the Llama Materials, which is incorporated by reference. The Llama 4 Acceptable Use Policy lists prohibited uses, including violating the law or others’ rights, activities that present a risk of death or bodily harm (including military, warfare and nuclear applications and ITAR-controlled material), intentional deception, and failing to disclose known dangers of an AI system to end users.
