- Organizations agreement v4.2 (effective 2024-07-16) §2.5: Fallback Date is the date 12 months prior to the expiration date of the Subscription. §2.6: Fallback Version is the most recent Product Version publicly available before the Fallback Date, plus Bug Fix Updates. §3.3: after expiration the §3.2(A) rights continue perpetually for the Fallback Version, subject to the per-user and no-concurrency limits, and “expressly contingent upon Customer not being in breach of this Agreement, including having paid the applicable Subscription fees for the preceding 12 months in full and without interruption.” Individual agreement §3.3 has the same fallback grant.
