- Commercial rules
- Granted after a yearly subscription or 12 consecutive monthly renewals; covers the latest major version available when the subscription started plus its minor releases and all older versions. Not granted if the subscription is cancelled or downgraded within a year. Included with JetBrains IDEs and .NET tools subscriptions, the All Products Pack and dotUltimate. Contractually: continued use of the Fallback Version, contingent on having paid the preceding 12 months of fees in full and without interruption (Organizations agreement §3.3). Not granted for non-commercial, educational, classroom or OSS subscriptions (comparison matrix).
