- CPDS 39.2 (effective 2026-09-11): Overage Protection requires IDMC - IPU. If IPU consumption exceeds subscribed quantities (a) by up to 25% in any two consecutive months or any three out of five months, or (b) by 100% in any one month, Customer and Informatica review and try to optimize consumption; if additional IPUs are needed, Customer must subscribe to them for the remainder of the Subscription Period. Overage Protection does not apply to Flex IPU.
