- As published 2026-09-26: each assigned license contributes its included AI credits (Business 1,900; Enterprise 3,900 per user per month) to a pool at the billing entity level. Adding licenses mid-cycle increases the pool immediately; removing licenses reduces it only from the next cycle. Unused credits are forfeited; the pool resets at 00:00:00 UTC on the first day of each calendar month.
