- Each SOLIDWORKS Desktop 2026 license must be reactivated one year after initial activation and at every one-year interval after that; an expired activation stops the software until reactivated. This does not affect the perpetual right to use under the PLC pricing structure. Product help: perpetual licenses of SOLIDWORKS 2022 and later must be reactivated once a year; SolidNetWork servers at version 2022 or later also require annual reactivation.
