- “The Customer must reactivate each license of the 3DS Offering, (i) one (1) year after the initial activation of the license, (ii) one (1) year after each subsequent reactivation of the license and (iii) at all one (1) year intervals thereafter. In the event the activation of any of these licenses expires and is not reactivated, the activation and the use of the 3DS Offering will cease and will not be operational until reactivation. This does not affect the perpetual license right to use granted under the PLC pricing structure.”
