- Credits are one-time use, not reusable and not refundable. They are specified per year and pro-rated to the term. For terms of one year or less all credits are issued at the start and unused credits expire at the end of the term; for longer terms credits are issued per year and expire at the end of each year period (pro-rated for an incomplete year).
