- ASC is the Annual Service Charge; PSC is a one-time, non-refundable Primary Service Charge giving an access right to the included Licensed Program(s); TSC is a one-time Term-based Service Charge for “x” years; YSC and QSC are yearly and quarterly rights to use with Support Services.

- “Termination of ASC of a 3DS Offering ordered under a TSC/ASC pricing structure automatically terminates TSC. Termination of ASC of a 3DS Offering ordered under a PSC/ASC pricing structure shall result in suspension of the right to use the 3DS Offering.” Under PSC/ASC a customer may, if generally available, switch to installing the functionally equivalent Release on Machines; “Any such use is perpetual.” YSC and QSC renew automatically if use continues after the anniversary date.
