- Offer Description: Cisco Webex (EDCS-12881749 Ver 5.0, last modified Tue Nov 05 10:16:21 PST 2019) §2.2 Active User: Order must reflect the greater of 75 Active Users, 15% of Employees, or migrating Active Users; ongoing minimum payment obligation is the greater of 75 Active Users, 15% of Employees, or Average Active Users (months 9–11). §2.3 Employee Count: enterprise-wide use; Order must reflect the greater of enterprise-wide Employee count or 100 Employees. Public Sector exhibit replaces Active User floors with 40 / 10% Employees and Employee Count floor with 250 Employees. These Webex OD floors are separate from Flex Plan Active User floors (40 / 15% Knowledge Workers / 250 KW). No Webex Calling / Contact Center conversion ratios are published.
