- CA 1 Tape Management SPD (V3.0): for servers with larger multi-core CPUs "count all cores of the CPUs. Divide the number of cores by eight (8) and round up to the next whole number." In virtual environments, multiply the CPU count by the maximum percentage of server capacity allocated to any OS instance running monitored applications, then by 1.5, rounding up.
