- M2S/TNU Exit Offer Terms: enrolling any Eligible Offering creates an All-In Requirement to enroll all remaining Eligible Offerings at their renewal, or not renew them; token-based Offerings (Token Flex and Flex) are not eligible; Previous Version Rights continue.
