- Marketplace Terms of Use §2.3: a Third Party Marketplace App can be cancelled and returned within 30 days of the initial Order (not renewals or upgrades) for a refund; otherwise Orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable. Paid-via-Vendor Apps follow the Vendor's own terms, and Third Party apps are licensed under Vendor Terms, not the Atlassian Terms.
