- Nonprofit page: “Through the Power of Us Program any eligible nonprofit receives 10 free Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud or Sales/Service Cloud licenses.” Supplemental Terms: “P-10” (or “P10”) subscriptions means the ten User subscriptions for certain Services offered at no charge by SFDC to organizations that meet the eligibility requirements, and ordered by such organizations using SFDC’s standard processes. Legal also names Foundation Enterprise Edition Power of 10 Donation subscriptions for the included Sandboxes.

- Eligibility (Supplemental Terms, last updated 1 March 2023): Customer may purchase, access or use Covered Services only if it is (a) a non-profit currently tax-exempt with verified charitable status (US example: 501(c)(3)); (b) fiscally-sponsored by such a charity while the sponsorship remains effective; (c) an organization that in SFDC’s sole judgment meets comprehensive and transparent standards for social responsibility (US example: 501(c)(4)); or (d) a public or private institution whose primary purpose is education, excluding for-profit universities or colleges. Not eligible: (i) economic development organizations (chamber of commerce / BID); (ii) government-funded nonprofits without an independent board or managed by a government agency; (iii) hospital / healthcare facility / academic medical center / clinic except associated educational fund-raising or foundation activities; (iv) health insurance organization or provider; (v) group or individual health practice. P-10 offered in SFDC’s sole discretion; SFDC may decline or terminate provisioned P-10 subscriptions at any time upon written notice. Sandboxes with Foundation Enterprise Edition Power of 10 Donation: testing and development only, not production; unused 150 consecutive days may be deleted after 30 or more days notice. If Customer ordered P-10 through an online process and thereafter signs an Order Form adding Users beyond the ten P-10 Users, those P-10 subscriptions become subject to the Agreement governing that Order Form, provided the P-10 subscription terms continue to apply. P-10 terms may be updated in SFDC’s sole discretion; continued use constitutes acceptance. Nonprofit page: for additional licenses, Salesforce offers discounts to eligible Nonprofit — percentages not published. List prices are not published, and P-10 covers only the 10 donated User subscriptions. Assignment only if the assignee meets eligibility.
