Usage is "measured (or 'metered') hourly using Nutanix Pulse Health Monitoring service"; unused monthly commitment "does not carry forward". The License and Services Agreement §2.2(b) prohibits commercial hosting "unless as agreed with Nutanix in Your capacity as a Service Provider".
