- A billing policy links one or more environments to an Azure subscription; an environment can be linked to only one billing policy at a time. Usage of apps, flows, Dataverse above the included amounts, Power Pages and Copilot Studio in linked environments is billed through Azure meters. Pay-as-you-go environments receive a one-time entitlement of 1 GB Dataverse database and 1 GB Dataverse file capacity.
