- Grant of Rights: a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable and royalty-free limited license under Meta’s intellectual property or other rights owned by Meta embodied in the Llama Materials to use, reproduce, distribute, copy, create derivative works of, and make modifications to the Llama Materials (Section 1.a).

- Royalty-free. Monthly active user threshold (Section 2): greater than 700 million in the preceding calendar month requires a license from Meta. Redistribution: provide a copy of the Agreement to third parties; Notice file. Additional restriction: no use of Llama Materials or outputs to improve any other large language model (Section 1.b.v). Governing law: California (Section 7).
