- “Consumption Subscription” means a Cloud Service Subscription, where Customer has committed to purchase the specified quantity of consumption credits (“Credit Allotment”) for each Consumption Period, as set forth in the applicable Order Form.

- Resources metered at on-demand rates at the time of use; unused Credit Allotment does not carry over; after full consumption, Additional Resources may be used month to month; on expiry without renewal, use continues as a Monthly Subscription (§6).
