- Product Appendices, Exhibit 1 Glossary: "“Socket Pair Equivalent” is a concept used with IBM Power servers to compute a synthetic Socket Pair count by dividing the number of Physical CPUs assigned to a SUSE Product divided by the number of physical cores per Socket on that Physical Server."
- Counting rules
- Appendix A §9: whole Processor Cores available to the Subscription divided by the Cores per physical Socket Pair of that Physical Server. Fractional Cores and fractional Socket Pairs round up. Calculate per Subscription on each Physical Server.
- Floors / minimums
- Only with Sub-Capacity on POWER8 or later, four or more physical Sockets, PowerVM limiting capacity. Not available for "1 Virtual Machine" Subscriptions.
