- Definition
- “Credit” means a pre-paid unit which any Authorized User can convert into a right to access and use the Offering or certain additional functionalities, applications and/or modules of the related Offering designated on the Order. Credits can be consumed during the Subscription Term of the applicable Offering and are not re-usable.
