- Counting rules
- Metric per thousand or per million rows depending on the service. Examples: Database Ingestion and Replication - Change Data Capture 6.5 IPU per million rows for the first 15M, 0.55 for 15M-750M, 0.05 above 750M; SQL ELT 0.048 IPU per million rows for the first 100M. For Address Verification one address verified, or an invalid address, counts as one row.
