The Splunk pricing page states that Splunk Cloud Platform workloads are measured in SVCs and Splunk Enterprise workloads in vCPUs, and that SVC consumption is driven primarily by search quantity and complexity and daily indexing volume. Splunk publishes a sizing estimator but no fixed GB-to-SVC ratio.
