- Your payment obligation is based on the number of Employees that access the Cloud Services and that host at least one Meeting (“Active Users”). Your Order must reflect the greater of: (f) 75 Active Users; (g) 15% of Your Employees; or (h) if You are migrating from an existing subscription, the number of Active Users on the Order associated with Your existing subscription. After year 1, Average Active Users (average of months nine, ten, eleven) also applies. Separate from the Flex Plan AU floors (40 AU / 15% Knowledge Workers / 250 KW).
