- For any Multi User Offering, Your Authorized Users are limited to: (a) Your individual employees, and (b) Your consultants and contractors, to the extent they work on Your premises and/or on computers and other Electronic Devices owned or leased by You. The number of concurrent Authorized Users may not exceed the maximum number of Authorized Users as specified in Your subscription documentation or other technical limit or subscription limit imposed by Your subscription.
