Excerpt: Software licensed by this License Type which is registered to a specific Device (e.g., node-locked) may only be transferred to a Device other than that on which it was initially installed if (a) the new Device replaces the original Device and is used for the same purpose as the replaced Device or (b) Quest provides its written consent.
