- Your subscription for the Software, Support Services and Cloud Services will automatically renew for a term equal to the previous Subscription Term, or such other term agreed by the parties in writing. You may cancel the automatic renewal by providing Us with ninety (90) days written notice prior to the end of Your Subscription Term.
