What is logged. Power Apps activities such as creating, launching, editing, publishing, deleting and sharing an app are recorded in the Microsoft Purview audit log.[1]
Where to find it. Admins search the unified audit log in Microsoft Purview, filtering by the Power Apps record types, date range and user.[2][3]
Why it matters for licensing. App launches by user are one input when checking that every person who runs a Power Apps app holds a qualifying licence. Map the audited users against your assigned Power Apps and Microsoft 365 licences.
