- UMSA Americas Clause 1: "Workday will make the Service available to Customer for use by Customer, its Affiliates and Authorized Parties for whom Customer enables access solely for the internal business purposes of Customer and its Affiliates, subject to this Agreement." Authorized Parties include directors, officers, employees, users, contractors and third-party providers authorized by Customer.
