- UMSA Americas Clause 1.1: "Except for a termination or refund in accordance with Clause 7 (Indemnification) or Clause 9 (Term and Termination), all Order Forms are non-cancellable and all payments are non-refundable." Clause 9: "Subscriptions to the Service commence on the Order Term start date as set forth in the applicable Order Form."
