Statement: End User Subscription Agreement 1.1: "Unless otherwise detailed in an applicable Order Form, all fees are based on access rights acquired and not actual usage." Workday counts the subscribed quantity on the Order Form, not measured activity, unless the Order Form says otherwise.
Applies when: Reconciling fees to measured usage.
Applies to: Workday Service subscriptions bought through a Reseller (EUSA).
