- Product Appendices (June 2026) Appendix M §1: Rancher Prime Subscriptions are priced per Unit based on Cores and vCPUs deployed (Virtualized Deployment) or Sockets and Cores deployed (Bare Metal Deployment). Virtualized Deployments with more than 2 Cores or more than 4 vCPUs stack; Bare Metal Deployments with more than 2 Sockets or more than 64 Cores stack. Every Core/vCPU and/or Socket used to run a Managed Instance requires its own Subscription or must be included in a bundled Subscription.
