- Product Appendices (June 2026) Appendix A §6: where SAP workloads run on KVM-based Virtualization Hosts in a customer-owned environment or a single-tenant environment managed exclusively on your behalf, every Virtualization Host running SAP workloads must have a current SUSE Linux Enterprise Server for SAP Applications, 1-2 Sockets with Unlimited Virtual Machines Subscription. SLES (non-SAP) or any other Subscription may not support SAP workloads on KVM. Appendix A §5(b): "1 Virtual Machine" Subscriptions cannot be used for SAP workloads.
