- SAP Software Use Rights enGLOBAL.v.4-2026 Exhibit 2 §17.5 names nine Document Types for Documents for SAP Digital Access and/or Documents for SAP S/4HANA Digital Access: (1) Sales Document; (2) Purchase Document; (3) Invoice Document (for S/4HANA Digital Access only, also a line item describing material being purchased); (4) Manufacturing Document; (5) Material Document; (6) Quality Management Document (for S/4HANA Digital Access only, also a record of nonconformance details); (7) Service & Maintenance Document; (8) Financial Document; (9) Time Management Document. Exhibit 3 §§2.36.2.3 / 4.4.2: All Digital Access of S/4 EM / ERP is licensed exclusively upon Documents created annually. "Each Document shall count as 1 Document, except for Material Documents and Financial Documents which shall each count as 0.2 of a Document." Subsequent automated Documents of different Document Type(s) from processing the first Document are not counted. Cite SUR (not 2020 DAAP) as current weights. SUR is a use-rights document, not a commercial program.
