- SAP's 2020 on-premise licensing overview states that SAP S/4HANA Product Conversion gives 100% line-item credits, keeps the existing contract and SUR, carries the maintenance base forward at 100%, allows no partial conversions, and does not convert SAP Named Users except Retail, Banking, Healthcare/Clinical and Industry Named Users.
