- Statement
- Salesforce Platform Login Help: “The ratio between the number of logins that you purchase and the number of login licenses that are provisioned in your org is 1:20. If you purchase 1 login, then 20 login licenses are provisioned in your org.” Same page (Platform Login SKU only): purchase includes 10,000 credits; each unique login costs 50 credits → 200 unique logins → 4,000 login user licenses provisioned per that purchase. The 50-credit / 10,000-credit pack math does not apply to Experience Cloud login SKUs. Experience Cloud Help: “The ratio between the number of monthly logins you purchase and the number of login licenses that are provisioned in your org is 1–20” (example: purchase 1,000 monthly logins → 20,000 login licenses provisioned). This is a provision ratio, not a commercial User↔login conversion.
