- Licensing Basis for Windchill and FlexPLM (Eng. rev. September 2026): a Registered User product may only be used by a single individual; a license is required for every such individual whether access is direct or via an intermediate application; shared passwords or log-in accounts are not permitted. Customers may add or substitute Registered Users while the aggregate does not exceed licenses in effect; a former Registered User who returns requires a new license fee at then current rates unless the product basis says otherwise. The same wording appears in the Creo Licensing Basis (Eng. rev. March 2023).
