- Customer Agreement 2.2, 2.4 and 2.6 (Rev. May 2026): except Global or Restricted Global Licenses, Licensed Products may only be installed on the Designated Server in the Designated Country (the country of purchase unless otherwise specified). Changing the country requires prior written notice and Uplift Fees where list prices are higher. A Global License allows use at any Customer site worldwide (subject to export law); a Restricted Global License allows use in the Designated Country and listed Permitted Countries.
