FlexNet license borrowing: BORROW keyword required; borrowed license files opt-in per host since 9 June 2025

- Manage Licensing FAQ: with the 9 June 2025 release, for Creo, Mathcad, Arbortext, Codebeamer FlexLM, Integrity, CADDS5 and PTC Modeler the borrowed license file is no longer issued by default; the customer must opt in and configure borrowing at the licensing host level. Creo installation guides: a license is borrowable only when the BORROW keyword appears on the feature line of the license file (license server FlexNet Publisher 10.8.x or later); Creo View help states a borrowed license expires after 14 days. Contractual borrowing limits are in the Customer Agreement (see Concurrent User location rule).
