- Licensing Basis for Windchill and FlexPLM (Eng. rev. September 2026) and Customer Agreement Schedule B (Rev. May 2026): a Designated Server product may only be used on the server designated at initial installation with one unique instance of the product; if the server is partitioned in any manner (physically, logically or otherwise), “computer server” means each partition and the product may run on only one partition. Designated Server (per CPU) products are limited to a one-CPU server; each additional CPU needs an additional license.
